PAYWIRE TERMS OF SERVICE, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, Confidentiality, and Media Release Agreement (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and:


Paywire, a platform owned and operated by Trilogy Media Inc., together with its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns, including Boris P (collectively, “Trilogy Media” or “we”).

BY ACCESSING, VISITING, OR USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU:

  • Internal operations, systems, or infrastructure

2.2 Absolute Non-Disclosure Obligation


By using this site, you agree:


  • Not to disclose any Confidential Information to any person or entity
  • Not to publish, share, or discuss any interaction with Paywire
  • Not to record, screenshot, or redistribute platform content
  • Not to assist any third party in accessing or exposing such information


This obligation is:


  • Perpetual
  • Irrevocable
  • Worldwide




2.3 Non-Circumvention


You agree not to:


  • Identify, contact, or interfere with any personnel, affiliates, or associates of Trilogy Media
  • Reverse engineer or replicate any systems, communications, or strategies
  • Interfere with any investigation, operation, or production




2.4 Non-Disparagement


You agree not to:


  • Make any statements that could harm the reputation of Paywire or Trilogy Media
  • Post or communicate negative claims publicly or privately




2.5 No Confidentiality Owed to You


You acknowledge:


  • You are providing information voluntarily
  • Trilogy Media has no obligation to keep your information confidential
  • Any information you provide may be used without restriction




2.6 Remedies for Breach


You agree that any violation would cause irreparable harm, entitling Trilogy Media to:


  • Immediate injunctive relief
  • Monetary damages
  • Recovery of attorneys’ fees
  • Any other legal or equitable remedies




SECTION 3 — OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS


All data, communications, recordings, and materials generated through Paywire are the sole and exclusive property of Trilogy Media.


You waive any claim to:


  • Ownership
  • Compensation
  • Royalties
  • Control or removal




SECTION 4 — DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY


Paywire is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.


To the maximum extent permitted by law:


  • Trilogy Media makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or outcomes
  • You assume all risk in using the platform




SECTION 5 — INDEMNIFICATION


You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trilogy Media from any claims arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Any information you provide

An irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use:

  • Image
  • Likeness
  • Communications




7.2 Usage Rights


Trilogy Media may:


  • Edit, modify, or fictionalize your content
  • Use it in any format or medium
  • Combine it with other materials




7.3 Monetization


You agree:


  • All content may be monetized without restriction
  • You are entitled to no compensation




7.4 Waiver of Claims


You waive all claims including:


  • Privacy
  • Publicity rights
  • Emotional distress
  • Defamation (to the fullest extent allowed)




7.5 No Approval Rights


You have no right to:


  • Review content
  • Approve edits
  • Request removal




SECTION 8 — RECORDING CONSENT



8.1 Full Consent to Recording


You explicitly consent to being recorded at any time, including:


  • Audio
  • Video
  • Screen capture
  • Data capture




8.2 Methods of Recording


Recording may occur via:

  • Hidden cameras
  • Hidden microphones
  • Automated or remote systems




8.3 No Notice Required


You waive:


  • Any right to be notified of recording
  • Any requirement that recording be obvious




8.4 No Expectation of Privacy


You agree:


  • You have no expectation of privacy on this platform
  • All interactions may be documented and used




8.5 Jurisdiction Acknowledgment
